Bhavna has spent the last 8 years studying, learning, and researching Leadership behaviors and principles.

A prolific writer – she has shared some of her discoveries and understandings in her book Checkmate Office Politics published by Sage Publications in 2020 and through several articles featured in Forbes, Fortune, Hindustan Times among others. Her carrier spans multiple continents with over 25 years of experience in the corporate world – initially in software engineering and later as a leadership development specialist and writer. She is an unabashed traveler, a practitioner of eastern and western approaches to healing and spirituality, and a believer in magic.

By education, Bhavna has an Honorary Doctorate in Management, an Executive MBA from IIM Calcutta, and a Bachelors in Engineering (Electronics).
