Smita Das Jain is an IIM-Indore and SRCC alumna with more than 14 years of experience in strategy and management consulting leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies such as KPMG, United Technologies Corporation and JLL. After an exciting corporate journey of advising Indian and Global clients in their business strategies and transformation, Smita founded Empower Yourself, a set of customised personal clarity and executive performance enhancement coaching interventions.

As the CEO of Empower Yourself, Smita enables busy professionals unhappy in their jobs to find time for transforming their passions into pursuits so that they work because they want to, not because they have to. A writer by passion, Smita writes every day and is the bestselling author of a short story collection as well as a prolific contributor in several leading anthologies.

A lifelong learner, Smita holds an Executive Education Degree in Digital Strategies for Businesses from Columbia Business School, a Digital Marketing Certification from Google and Creative Writing Certification from Stanford Continuing Studies. A working mother who enjoys reading and writing, Smita lives with her rockstar husband and adorable twelve-year-old daughter in Gurugram, India.
